Echelon Press published Sarah's story "Safari" in 2006. In this electronic download, a woman traveling on safari with her husband discovers an unusual method for murder.

The story was inspired by a a 25th wedding anniversary trip to Africa that ended abruptly in a car crash.

For more on the "story behind the story," see Sarah's blog for Jan. 30, 2008 Turning Points.

Another short story, "Malice Archaeological," appears in the Summer 2008 edition of the free ezine, Mysterical-E. It's based on an incident at Sarah's first Italian dig a long, long time ago...

New Story (January 2010), also in Mysterical-E. It's called "Heaven for Roosters," and was inspired by a visit to my daughter in the Dominican Republic while she was teaching science at a very unusual school. No murder, but lots of chickens...
